Note: BJR My Day 4125 was the bull Cliff Hogan selected to replace Make My Day at Boot Jack. My Day 4125 was thicker and deeper with more capacity than Make My Day and his offspring are easy fleshing with good carcass traits. He is an excellent female producer.

Lakota 444 was my top pick from the Lakota cow line at the dispersion of the great Boot Jack Ranch in Montana. She is gorgeous, cherry red, long, thick, deep bodied and feminine with a perfect udder even as a mature cow. She earned a high MPPA at Boot Jack with a life time MPPA of 107.7.
Talk about “classic genetics"; she is line bred to the great Yogo 002 and her sire is BJR HIGH HO 5112-23L, a son of HOBO 800, a grand son of YOGO 002 and out of one of Cliff Haugen’s all time favorite cows NU-HONEY 23L. She is a paternal sister to HI HO 916, the long time triple trait leader for WW, YW and Milk. On the bottom side her dam is an own daughter of YOGO 002. Her pedigree is a history lesson in the great foundation genetics that made the Red Angus breed. Umpire 1000, Sayre Patriot, RCN Canyon Chief, Choctaw: they are all there in her pedigree.
